Privacy Policy
WarTable ("the app") is made by Digital Vector Files. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and an encrypted password. This is used to sign you in and identify you at the table.
- Content you upload. Photos you add to your card library (front/back card photos) and custom table backgrounds are stored so they appear in your games.
- Gameplay data. Life totals, counters, dice settings, tables you host or join, and marketplace listings you create are stored so the app works across your devices and syncs live with other players.
- Marketplace shipping information. When you buy a physical card, we collect the shipping address you provide at checkout (name, street address, city, state, postal code, country) so the seller can mail that order. It is shown only to the seller of that order, is never shown publicly, and is not used for advertising.
- Reports and moderation. Flags, blocks, and reports you submit are stored so we can review them within 24 hours and enforce the community rules.
- Support messages. If you contact support through the app, we keep your message so we can reply.
How we use it
Your information is used only to operate the app: running your account, saving your game setup, syncing tables live, and answering support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and the app contains no third-party advertising.
Payments
The Marketplace sells physical trading cards only. Physical-goods payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, not by Apple In-App Purchase and not by Google Play Billing. Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing do not apply to physical goods, and are not used for Marketplace purchases.
Payment card details are entered only in Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full payment card number. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy. Sellers who receive payouts complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including identity verification and bank details, which are handled by Stripe, not stored by WarTable.
Until Marketplace payments are turned on, the Marketplace is in preview mode and no real payment is taken. The in-app notice will say so plainly while preview mode is active.
Service providers
The app's data is hosted by our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for accounts, database, and file storage, and Cloudflare for app hosting). Stripe processes Marketplace payments and seller payouts. They process data only to provide these services to us.

Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your card photos, backgrounds, and listings inside the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will remove it.
Children
WarTable is intended for a general audience, including teen and adult tabletop players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
